Arkade Developers has acquired a 100% stake in Woollen and Textile Industries for ₹146 crore, granting it ownership of a 14,363.60 sq. metre land plot in Bhandup West, Mumbai. The company plans to launch a residential project with an estimated Gross Development Value of ₹1,800 crore on the site, strengthening its position across Mumbai’s central and eastern corridors. Chairman and Managing Director Amit Jain highlighted the deal as key to their expansion strategy, which also includes a upcoming residential launch in Thane in FY27.
